Spirited Scriveners is the online name of the writing group Michael has been a member of for the past several years. He has written a new story for this holiday season and published it as this week’s entry in the blog he manages for them.

Many such groups are centered around a specific genre. But Scriveners has something for everyone. There is a prolific science fiction author. A multiply published children’s picture book author. A male romance author on the brink of his first novel. A retired pediatrician on the brink of her first publication – nonfiction, focused on hard-to-diagnose children’s ailments. Completely fascinating. And another children’s author/illustrator whose completed her first book as well. A researcher of something near to Michael’s heart – historic homes in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood.
